Re: UDLR with multiple default routes using locale ID
Seems like NSX should support this with static routing, but since neither of us could get it to work I guess I'm forced to use dynamic routing. I'll give that a try. Thank you very much for your input on this topic!

Hello,
I just switched my host from Win2012R2/Workstation12.1.0 to Win10/Workstation12.5.4.
The guest OS that raises issue (2012R2) worked before on Win2012R2/Workstation 12.1.0
When I upgraded VMware Tools on Win10/Workstation12.5.4 I had this error directly ... I uninstalled VMware Tools + reboot + reinstall : same ...
I also tested by disabling 3D graphics acceleration : same ... I see not too much where the Problem comes from ?!

Hi laurentsd, I'm sorry to bother you again. I have one question for building our UI project using Angular 2+ and TS.
I do not have much knowledge on Angular CLI. Do you think use Angular CLI is better than Webpack to compile and build UI project?
Because Angular CLI is still in Release Candidate, maybe it has many issues and is not stable. And our team also has some concerns of using Angular CLI in current stage:
1.It provides only default webpack functionalities.
2.Its relatively slow compared to webpack.
3.Change of webpack configuration for new changes in bundling activities may be difficult in later stages of project.
Do you have any suggestion for us? Thank you very much.

Audio distortion usually occurs while CPU spikes in virtual machine. The development team is working on this issue now, in the meanwhile, would you please analyse all the running processes in your VM and reduce the CPU spikes as much as possible.

Thanks Bob for the reply. Please find my answers below.
- Yes I have followed http://www.virtuallyghetto.com/nested-virtualization and setup the lab
- The vCenter appliance (VCSA embedded controller) is not in vSanDatastore. It is deployed in the baremetal ESX host.
- vSphere 6.0 U2 and vSAN 6.2
- The disks attached are local disks of the respective hosts. RAID Controller PERC H730 RAID Controller, 1GB NV Cache
- Each host has 3 HDDs [ Disk1: 2GB OS, Disk2: 200GB, Disk3: 20GB( exposed as SSD) ]
Note:
- Disk error state occurs even without reboot also. Some times vSAN works well more than 24 hrs. At times it vSAN datastore becomes 0B capacity even in few hours due to disk errors.
- With VCSA reboot, always disks goes to error state

Can I use anything i want for SSO domain instead of vsphere.local?
For example, I want to you use BLABLA.INFO Can I? Does it have to be default vsphere.local? Or does it have to end with .local?
Next, under "Choose a Network" pull down menu below what am I looking for there?
Do I have to configure anything for Network to make it show up under Network pull down?

VDP License?
Hi all,
I just deployed VDP Appliance 6.1 for testing (download OVA file from https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/details?productId=491&downloadGroup=VDP613#errorCheckDiv)
on my ESXi 5.5 lab. My question is, do i need to purchase the license for this Appliance?

Re: Issues after Migratrion
The reason you see E1000 is because at the movement I have UNinstalled Tools completely and removed Vmware tools folders.
Regardless whether I have E1000 or vmxnet3, I still get poor performances. Keep in mind this VM was migrated from 5.5
Previously, when I was getting "Install Vmware tool message" i had an older version of tools installed on VM.
Then I upgraded to the latest and finally i have removed it.
I have increased vCPU from 4 to 10 I was told it was totally safe with Windows 2012 R2 server.
I can bring it back to vcpu4 again to see if things will stabilize.
CPU/MMU Virtualization set to Automatic.

Microsegmentation NSX Remote Desktop Services
Hello,
I'm interested in the VMWare NSX solution for Software Defined Networking in our organization. We've a VMWare farm with all our servers configured over our 2 datacenters and a Citrix farm with the Citrix XenApp and NetScaler solution for our end-users. The Citrix farm is configured as a RDS environment, so multiple users shares one Citrix XenApp server with only one IP.
I think for our VMWare farm microsegmentation is not a problem, but is it possible to implement this also for our cliënts in a shared Citrix XenApp RDS environment? For instance, if user 1 from the Finance department on Citrix XenApp server 1 is allowed to communicate with the Finance servers, but user 2 from the Marketing department on Citrix XenApp server 1 is not allowed to do this, but he is allowed to communicate to the Marketing servers, is this casus configurable? I was thinking about the Active Directory Group Membership option to automatically read to which group the user belongs too and configure it with the Identity Firewall in NSX, but so far I know the firewall only match a single user to a single IP. And in our configuration, there is no single user <-> IP mapping possible.
Are there any workarounds or solutions to make microsegmentation possible?
