Esxi 5.1 Server Certification without VGA port???

Hi Support Team,

We have a blade ATCA-7370-0GB without VGA port. But we are able to install ESXi 5.1 on the board using PXEBoot (by doing some changes in kick start file) and also able to access the Vsphere server from client. I think we are set for certification. But we wanted confirmation from VMware if this setup is valid and does VMware certify the board without VGA port.
